I can currently observe that a few months ago I was genuinely such a down bad simp retard, fantasizing about some fuckass LTB because she was nice to me a few times and I grew up with zero female attention so a bit of it makes me fall in love. I'm glad I grew out of it and stopped chasing. I also saw my life goals change.

I don't log it frequently but it's nice to do once a month to just keep tabs on myself.
