just get a good diet plan, find ur maintenances calories and go in a deficit -200 calories on ur daily calorie intake
keep ur protein high so u dont lose muscle and ofc workout, do ur cardio go for walks do incline treadmill or wtv basically get shredded get ur sleep right try 2 sleep at the same time and wakeup at the same time everyday so your metabolism doesnt crash out
