This is the only thing you need. Weighted wide grip pull ups, SA preacher curls, cuffed SA tricep extensions, cuffed SA lateral raises, SA chest fly. I don’t see the need to train anything else if you want to look aesthetic.

The split on that thread may be too harsh for a beginner, I would recommend to make your body adapt to working out with high reps low intensity so you can adjust your form, I have a guide for beginners.
