my CT scan shows my gonians actually project out but the mandible is to narrow as a whole compared to zygos to show gonians through the soft tissue

What you gonna do? Mandible body only implants?

I think if you have legit outward gonions you can give a try to imdo.

I am going to leave implants decision until after jaw surgery to see my final mandible positioning
I never properly considered imdo, I've already expanded the upper arch with SARPE and have braces in so too late for imdo

I didnt know palatal expansion and imdo had to be done simultaneously.

Does sarpe woth it for aesthetic? Did you cheekbones got wider? Or any overall facial change?

they dont i just cant wait any longer, been waiting 5 years to start the surgical process

Lower maxilla is wider when I smile and nose looks better because the soft tissue stretches more when smiling
when the maxilla is brought forward it should improve the resting appearance since its still quite recessed
