i kinda can do it when im half asleep, like after you wake up you go to sleep again and then i can "lucid dream" but its really weak and its mostly my imagination
i see yeah usually thats how lucid dreaming works it's when ur eyes are in that REM state or something and waking up to sleep back is lowkey the strat. Maybe i should start writing down my dreams although my dreams are vivid everyday tho

I dream but I usually forget them shortly after waking up. It's rare for me to have a really vivid dream where I can recall most of it
I mean I'll tell you my experience basically there's this hot girl in my class and basically in the dream we were kissing and we ended up fuicking and shit and it genuinely felt really real like I woke up gasping for breath but idk if that was lucid dreaming

im back to it recently but there were times i didnt dream for months
i think it was just a really good dreams, in lucid dreams you can control everything
maybe you're getting less sleep
