I stayed in bed almost 30+ hours

My back is fucked. I didn't even get up today. I WFH so woke up at 8:59 and logged in at 9 for my usual 9-5. Only went to put food in microwave and go to bathroom then got back in bed. Otherwise I've been glued to my bed for like almost 30 hours. I can feel my lower back get trashed.

I can't attend Fridays jummah btw. I have back to back end of week meetings from late mornings into afternoon - even though cameras off and I speak >10% of the time. I do when I'm in the office coz there are a couple of Muslim guys who managed to set up a prayer room recently.

Otherwise it's over for Muslimcels in the West. I used to live in the north of the country, no employers make accommodations.
