I have been noticing the same. Sinhalese sri Lankans can be decent looking, the tamils no.

I think a big reason is they don't have th3 culture of India that looks, health, physique, style, diet don't matter just studying matters, so that's why they are more balanced.

I've been to both countries, so have some experience
