If you look at his latest photos he has a lean face in all of them, while before he would fluctuate a lot - he would look perfect in some of them, then in others like a bloated subhuman.
He very likely has a strong tendency to retain bloat in his face and probably got tired of fasting and taking diuretics to be in supermodel shape, the buccal fat removal gives him permanently now a chiseled face.
