so far information ive gotten on tanning

it will give u cancer, will age ur skin, will deplete ur collagen, but only if u burn. but you are not supposed to use sunscreen because it blocks vitamins from coming in and hurts tanning

tans are the best sunscreen and prevent skin from aging in sun etc

somebody let me know. sunscreen or no sunscreen? whats consensus
