I still don’t understand facial attractiveness

Why do I feel like I mog some people who have objectively better features and proportions than me? Makes no sense.

I know how ugly I am objectively, yet when i look in the mirror I usually perceive myself as looking pretty good. Am I just overconfident and distorted?

Delusion and god complex make you like your looks way more than others do especially if you're obsessed with your appearance.

Your brain has a natural cope that will change the way you perceive yourself so it can feel better about your appearance

It's automatic. I don't see how you'd get rid of this unless you take psychs and go through ego death to change your self perception. Even then it might not work

How I look in pictures makes me think I’m sub5
My life experiences (not invited to parties, no romantic success) makes me think I’m subhuman
What people say to me says that I’m attractive
What I measure (IPD, midface ratio, etc.) tells me I’m deformed-tier subhuman

I have this level of distortion too

Htn in mirror
Life experience above AVG from looks alone but NT caps me so no parties or anything
But been approached a few times had iois etc

For some reason I look shit in every picture. But I will hire a photographer soon
