I still dream with my oneits

like wtf i haven't seen or talked to her in over 5 years, nowadays she's married with an mtn mulatto that is shorter than me and they already have an mixed child. I don't search her in social media or smt like that, neither maintain any direct contact but even to this day, at least 3 times a month i have dreams with her, the dream is either very happy or very sad to me. The days i wake up after dreaming about her it ruins the rest of my day and i feel like shit the rest of the day, it really affects my job. I'm still an incel and i moved on, like i said i don't even think about her when i'm awake, but she haunts me in my dreams fr.

BRUTAL. The only way to fix it is to find a new oneitis. I still dream about my old oneitis sometimes but most dreams are about my new oneitis. My new one doesnt cause as much pain as my old one.

I must be severely broken or some shit. The closest thing I had to a oneitis was middle school, but then afterwards I lost interest in her overnight and stopped caring. Same thing has happened to literally every crush I have had since then, it disappears overnight and its like my brain never cared at all. Idk its weird as fuck

It's still gonna happen if you don't find someone else. I still have dreams with my ex-gf from college after 16 years, those were the happiest days from my life, after she dumped me I couldn't find someone else, and...well, here I am...
