keep it simple

use retinol or tret at night

clean ur face morning and evening with just water or cleanser depending how ur skin handles it

its incredibly important to use spf50 every day when u go out if u use tret, otherwise ull fuck your skin more, buy one thats more like a gel than cream

mornings use niacinamide too

moisturize when needed

exfoliate twice every week
