I still use niacinamide despite it burned my skin

So yesterday niacinamide burned my right side of my face,i had school so i just used tinted sunscreen to the burned part because i don't want people to see it,but i got curious why it only burned my right side of my skin,so... i used it again just because i am curious,i used it on my forehead and left side of my skin(obviously used moisturizer after) i am waiting for tomorrows results,if it burns my left side and forehead i will trow this shit.also i use 5% niacinamide +1%zinc one and my cleanser and moisturizer also has niacinamide inside.
