I stopped brining my phone to class just leaving it home or in the car. And my understanding of the topic that gets discussed In classes got much bettter. I’m able to study less because I understand more from the lectures.

Idk I personally learn better from lecture. I suck at studying. I don’t know hot to study most effectively lol
