It feels like you are going to miss out so much if you delete it but once you do it you forget quickly about it and stop craving it. I used to scroll for +6 hours a day now it's been a few months since I did not touch it and I feel great, I have no urges to install it again nor do I feel like I'm missing out.

It really is. The only thing interests me is that I like to look at pretty people. And there are some good edits of something here and there. One should not spend more than ~15 minutes on it per day.
