I stopped growing at 16. In the three months since I turned 16, I've only grown 1 centimeter (0.4 inches). What should I do? My birthday was on May 20th, so I was 175 cm (5'9"). Now I'm 176 cm (5'9"). Is it possible to grow naturally or is it all over?

You cloud have a gap a lot of people have it then you might start growing at 18-19

u might have a late growth spurt but thats unlikely, even tho possible. There definetely be some aromatase inhibitors d x ray scan to see whether ur growth plates r closed so then u can consult on sum peptides if they still open

Should I get an X-ray of the hand or have my bone age checked? And can doctors prescribe peptides themselves, or do I need to buy them on my own?

on x ray idk. on peptides doctors will not prescribe u ts since u dont have dwarfism or sum shi like that, so will have to source them urself. Wont be hard tho, in this economy.
