Im currently at tanner 4.5 and i stopped growing in THE MIDDLE OF MY GROWTHSPURT AT TANNER 3.5
the rest of my body hasnt grown either like my hands, feet, biacromial width and skull

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT I COULD DO TO GET TALLER PLEASE I NEED HELP

I let it sit at room temp for about 2-3 hours before drinking i havent gotten taller from it tho cuz hgh gets destroyed at 4 or lower celsius n the place i buy it from store it at 2
