Stopped lifting for a month - will be starting again from Monday. I weighed myself. I'm now 57kg ffs, I was 60kg earlier. I don't think I lost too much muscle mass since I was still doing BJJ and wrestling and was using my muscles and shit regularly. I'm planning on fighting in MMA at 53kg - which tbh is easy af for me.

It's normal, bro. There's like a 0% chance you eat the same or have the same appetite as you did while you worked out, so you're bound to lose some weight. Also don't go down to 53kg, you'll just look way too skinny and frail even though you're 5'5.

its mostly about your hormone profile bro, if you had high levels, you can do minimal exercise and retain muscle mass. Muscle mass is 95% genetics and hormones, 5% lifting
