I stopped my SARPE expansion and started lower palate expansion.

rn i have 9.25mm expend, my ortho says it's already too much for my lower palate, and if i keep going it might be gonna telescopic bite, so he start expend my lower palate with rubber bands. rn like in a week, i stop expend my upper palate, i'm scared that my sarpe cut gonna fully recovery or...
