I stopped my SARPE expansion and started lower palate expansion.

rn i have 9.25mm expander, my ortho says it's already too much for my lower palate, and if i keep going it might be gonna telescopic bite, so he start expend my lower palate with rubber bands. rn like in a week, i stop expend my upper palate, i'm scared that my sarpe cut gonna fully recovery or close and expend gonna be more hard. is it possible? after my lower palate expend (btw it's probably only teeth expend), we gonna go up 12–16mm expend. even 9 i see very wide good palate and wide smile, but i can't see the side effects like bigger nose wide or lips wide, orbital asymmetry.

actually i was have orbital asymmetry too much and tmj splint fix it like %80, i think palate expander gonna fix it last %20 but rn, i can't see any results.

or i have nerrow lips, even 9mm, i can't see any changes to my lips.

Anyway, how much time do I have to start upper palate expansion before the SARPE cut closes or recover?

I've been using my TMJ splint for about 6 months. It seems to have improved my orbital asymmetry by around 80%, and I think the braces may have helped as well.

9.25mm is based mm, minimum 8mm is the clinicly proved, 9mm is not that much.
im gonna hit 16mm, and then see the diffrances
