Kind of useless anyways, my brother got his braces off and wore his retainer every single night and they still moved back to their original place

I'm not sure, I don't know my brother very well, I just overheard him saying the retainer became extremely painful and tight to wear and his ortho told him his teeth were moving back in place. His teeth are perfectly straight from the front it's just the back ones that bent inwards
