I struggle with middle school geometry/maths problems

I'm raging hard because I remember when I was a kid and I always had bad grades in maths.
I wasn't able to do even the simplest exercises since I was very little.

My communication skills are normal but I lack problem solving, logic and short term memory.

I was watching some youtube videos about simple stuff and I had no idea how to solve geometey problems.

It really suck because I can't focus on techinical subjects.

Do you think being bad at math means low IQ or what?

i used to be bad at math at one point throughout my school career because i was very easily distracted so i couldn't focus on what the teacher was saying. i also had a really bad short term memory so the few things that i did pick up i immediately forgot, made for a really bad combo.

DRAW THE INFORMATION GIVEN TO YOU AND THEN YOU WILL KNOW WHAT TO DO.

example if you know or can infer from question that it is a right angle triangle then u know SohCahToa and Pythagorean Threoum can be used, in a non right angled triangle use singe rule when given two sides and one of their angles, cosign rule when given all three sides or two sides and the angle between them.

How did you fix your short term memory?

It's kind of complicated. I used to have problems with my lungs and really my cardiovascular cycle in general. That lead to my cells being much less oxygenated than they should be, which lead to problems with focusing and a terrible memory (since the brain runs on oxygen), but also my hands and feet got cold really quickly, i was extremely unathletic and lots of other stuff. I know this because all those things immediately started fixing themselves as soon as I took care of the core issue.
