I struggle with small lips is there any way to make them bigger or appear bigger naturally ?

So i have been struggling with my small lips since birth and it really sells me because it makes my lip to nose ratio like 1-1.3. I want to make them bigger or appear bigger naturally without filler or surgery or anything of the sort. Is this possible or will i just have to fraud until i have enough money for filler? Also in my profile im frauding i know so dont tell me i dont need it.

Yeah i tried vaseline and it helps a little but not noticeable

Vaseline doesn't have the plumbing effect. Some are intentionally made to make your lips fuller
