I stumbled on a large sunflower 🌻 field on my morning run

I've been going jogging alone like I used to last year so I can explore and go much further went quite far today and saw this randomly. Didn't know sunflower plants could grow that tall. I could have gotten killer picture with all of them looking at the camera but that would mean trespassing so I just took these pics I also saw groups of migratory birds flying in formation while I was coming back.

U can eat sunflower seeds( open the shells)
I eat them sometimes
