I used to smoke from age 13 until 18. Then I quit for 7 years, smoked at 25 again and on and off until 31 December 2023. A few days ago, funnily enough, I dreamed that I had smoked. I was even thinking “Well, there goes my streak.”Looksmin if it wasn’t addictive and you quit.

Impossible. But I was able to do one month last month. Never thought it was possible.
You can, my friend. If you can’t quit cold turkey then do it gradually. Say you smoke 10 cigarettes a day, start smoking 9 the next day, 8 after that, 7 after that, until you get to 0. I think not everyone can quit cold turkey.
