I've been on 250mg - 290mg daily for probably 10 days and only seen 8lbs loss. I'm wondering if it's worth just doubling dose? did you see any change when you upped?

it could almost be counter intuitive to up dose since u may end up not sticking to diet and would be the same result as the 200 if u stick to diet

if I'm hungry I just chew food then spit it out lol. I'll up to 350 today then 400 following day to see how it goes
