I suspect Lichenoid reaction is eating protein from my body and causing hairloss on scalp and acne(help high iq)

Or prolonged covid symptoms

Or recently in summer june i got Lichenoid reactions causing me to have a bald spot on my scalp(no damage to hair follicles)
I think that diseases which has no cure is attacking my protein, hair on scalp and acne body rash contagiously

All this started after I took a heavy dose of tablets that sone fat family doctor my relatives provided, fuck him

My hair have almost returned on bald spots but i seen some new bald spot openings, and very high hair loss after bath
And acne on face and body
And mental distress stress

I don't think it's lichen planus, bcoz planus leaves purple dark spot on scalps, it's just Lichnoid reaction symptoms that i got

You don’t need all that. Just take progesterone magnesium glycinate eat gelatin and milk for protein, avoid meat for now. Drink fruit juices and eat butter. In two weeks it’ll be 80 percent back to normal
