I swear I moved my maxilla forward with thumbpulling

Call it cope, but I tried super hard thumbpulling for over a month, ( only pulling forward, not sideways ) and I already see a huge difference in my bite

I now have more of an overbite as before I had a very slight overbite

And I’m sure it’s not only the teeth that moved, because if only teeth moved I’d have flared out front teeth which I don’t have

I used to be a huge hater of thumbpulling but in some cases it’s actually useful unless you have a huge overbite don’t do it ( or your mandible isn’t forwardly grown enough to support new maxillary position )

ts is the same level of effectiveness as subliminals, you think it worked but it didnt.

it takes years of consistency
 
It doesn't work it need constant stress for it to work not 2min every day
