I've been focusing on maintaining proper tongue posture/mewing for the past 2 years or so and I swear to god my jaw shape and general facial structure (BONES) have improved for the better.
You should be maintaining proper tongue posture anyway for general health and because I believe your face can recess further with improper posture. You may as well be mewing.
I can literally compare old pics to new ones and I swear to god my jaw is more square in general and more defined. Only difference is I probably have more test flowing through me these days and also more muscle mass, but I think relatively similar or even better bodyfat percent.
