It’s both. Androgens are the ones that express these anabolic characteristics, they are not separated in this context.

Yes, but AIs themselves aren’t androgenic (except exmestane) or anabolic, they contribute to this indirectly and it’s mainly androgenic.
Exemstane which you are taking is the only one of the main AIs which is steroidal because of its active metabolite 17-hydroexemstane which is quite androgenic and binds strongly to androgen receptors, it has a stronger binding than tetosteorne.
Exemestane is both, but mainly androgenic
