To get and up and go it should take 15 minutes max if you showered the night before. If I want to smell good, shower, shave and do my hair in the morning it will take me an hour and a bit.

and as for skin i assume u also do makeup if that takes u that long (cuz average skincare routine takes 5-10min) then level up ur makeup skills or hop on bb cream
