I just developed a lean athletic physique with a bit of decent mass in chest, shoulders and arms visible in a shirt. Nothing too crazy but it was clear that my body was kind of toned.


tldr : I went from uber skinny twink to Having a bit of visible mass

Yes it did, also allowed me be leaner than when I was skinny because the weight I had to cut to was lower than before
