In my a thread I made a few days ago I was arguing mass scale male loneliness is just genetic selection for the best genes (still believe this) and that is good and that female hypergamy is good but after some thought I realized
Why Female hypergamy is bad?
naturally speaking female hypergamy is geneticlly beneficial for the populations genetic success but with the modern system we have where women are essentially unshackled from male resources via state welfare which single women are the biggest beneficiaries and married men are the biggest losers coupled with female oriented dei and work programs , no fault divorce and a free love it has led to looks surpassing social status and money (it always has it’s just more apparent now) this overly diminished male SMV in comparison to women and the average man can’t attain his looks match leading to him dating down which then lowers genetic success of his future offspring.
What changed?
Think of a women in a pre-industrial society, she needs food for her starving baby or future starving babies, she needs shelter etc etc. who will secure this for her? Low iq chad or rich noble who she doesn’t really love but is bound to by economic situations and in terms of love it almost creates a Stockholm syndrome like reaction where over time they take in abuse/unattractive looks but love their husband regardless because of economic status (it’s subconscious. But ofc it won’t work if ur below average tho )
Why is this bad?
Why is social status and wealth being diminished in SMV bad?? Well because social status and wealth are one to one with intelligence. Intelligence is mainly genetic and if they are no longer incentivized to mate based on social status the genetic quality of the population will deteriorate. Not saying that most status maxed people are sub5. Their usually average or above average but status alone for sure won’t save u in 2025 like it would in 1500
Society is over
But even if these societal issue where fixed it still won’t turn back the tide of dysgenic fertility we would need eugenics for that
