These are specifically taken for my conditions/health I don't just take too many supplement just for the sake of benefits.

Already taken liver enzyme Cytochrome p450 into consideration. Also some of these are for autoimmune or conditions like arthritis, POTS, etc.


Bryan johnson has been taking 100+ supplements for years. His liver enzyme biomarker is optimal at top 20% percentile.

Every nutrients or supplements or drugs have different bioavailability almost all will never have 100%. Some are bounded by first pass effect when it passes Liver. Therefore, having healthy level of Cytochrome p450 ALA are important biomarkers. For example, piperine that founded in Blackpepper increaes the bioabsorption of curcumin from tumeric by alot. These extracts are very concentrated there’s no way you can achieve this while eating in normal amount.

i know its pretty basic but it helps me for recovery after exercise

Get a B complex, you likely don't need any more b12 you get 100% of the rda from 4 eggs but other vitamins like B1 B3 B9 are more tricky to get and are needed for proper metabolism of the other supplements you take like magnesium or NAC

you can't say all this without defining what a good diet is in detail retard.. there's so much space for systematic distortion in your statement when there's factors you don't even take account of. what you said is basically an empty statement because it's not a study.

good diet - is it realistic? consider the following things:
  1. has to be sustainable, can do for long-term, tastes relatively good
  2. can it realistically replace every supplement you take - bioavailability, amount in food, food volume, toxicity
  3. can it fit your caloric intake/goals
  4. organic? pesticides/chemicals? all this other farmer shit you have to take account for like quality of product, this takes having good knowledge of the products you are going to consume; how are you going to determine quality
  5. cost/your own wealth
  6. is it readily available in your country
and some other shit i probably haven't thought of.. even with this much i would say supplementation is better/more convenient for almost anybody. instead you should be replacing some things in your diet with healthier options instead of removing all supplements.. you can actually pose that it's impossible to have good diet without supplementation.
