I talked to a dermatologist on how to protect skin with a mask on

If it were up to me, I wouldn’t wear a mask but my school forces me so I asked the local dermatologist and found the best way to go about it. But some 100% cotton and spray toner in it before wearing it. This will prevent buildup of moisture causing you to get spots
