I tend to get nervous when making a guide

There are still many ways of self improvement which are buried here. I find it almost disrespectful to bring them to light, because it would be too easy for others to learn with this site becoming mainstream now, it should be a harsh journey and many hours of dedication to find them.

Anyone who has lurked on this site longer than 6-12 months understands.

It is, but think of it like inflation, if everyone looks good. Then the standards rise. There have been tens of thousands of people lurking here.

There’s a lot of niche methods when added up can halo you. Understanding the few small details and combining them. Like under eye sclera show removal without squinting.
