There are ofc outliers and exceptions but I have yet to meet someone who wasn't self centered, condescending, two faced or entitled or possessed plenty of other narcissistic traits

Not really, they aren't truly narcissistic. They hate themselves and the only way to love themselves they hate others even more.

Those who are truly narcissistic love themselves and love others even more, because they realize the value of having good friends and being on good terms with other people, this infinitely expands your social circle to achieve the highest status possible. True narcissism automatically involves good cooperation.

In fact if you've seen the theory of trading(economics), you will understand why trading always make those who trade richer compared to those who don't. In this same way, cooperating with others is key to improving your status.
