think about it, if you have wide pecs along with wide clavicles, you will appear full in a shirt, while deltoids alone without a properly developed chest wont carry you at all, you will look dyel and not really impressive. if your frame is bad, you should tryhard both, but given you have a good frame, emphasize your chest as much as you can, you will look like a greek god.

ofc you shouldnt, but i noticed people often neglect chest as it grows while targeting other muscle groups. putting an extra emphasis on your chest will pay off.

nobody neglects chest, its the most popular muscle group to train along with biceps lol. bench press is the widely known "strenght test" even though its not even accurate.

being wide 2D is good for mogging in photos, but irl which is 3D chest is superior, since side delts alone wont carry you
