The human body is not designed for a sedentary lifestyle. We are supposed to move around and lift heavy shit from time to time.

Most fitness types and athletes(not pro BBers) look a lot younger than the general pop so I’m gonna say this is probably not true

Walking, stretching, and hanging all expend calories with minimal stress.

it depends

if someone's healthy enough to handle the extreme stress of an intense training regimen, then it could make sense to "over-exercise", depending on his/her personal goals

but i regularly see very unhealthy-looking people running outside, with terrible form, in the extreme heat, soaked in sweat and looking like they could collapse at any moment

that can't be good

Avoiding shit food and just moving about is enough

However, almost no one does this simple thing so they run 5 miles or kill themselves with deadlifts to ”outtrain their otherwise shitty lifestyle”

It can but not through the way you're describing it
Intense exercice causes oxidative stress on short term

Extremely strenuous exercise will cause faster aging.

Regular aerobic exercises is great and reduces the negatives effects of aging.

My view is weightlifting without steroids helps you stay younger but too much cardio like running and stuff like that definitely seems to age someone worse than someone that doesn't work out and just keeps their weight down.

Cardio is good for aging if not excessively done. Weightlifting doesn't affect aging but it helps maintaining t levels as you get older.

The worst is running (cortisol monster) excessively

The best is an active lifestyle overall with strict weightlifting to keep your t levels as you age
