Yes, Gh increases cell turnover and I think also collagen. Its totally possible for GH to alter your eyelashes as well as all your other hair. The same function of GH that effects your hair would also be effecting your nails and making them grow faster.

Well idk what all your taking. But GH is able to effect hair so its possible.
