I have been having dreams of my friends and family calling me ugly and when I wake up I can't tell if it's real or not. Also when I am talking to people a school i keep looking for cues in their face and language to see if are insinuating that I'm ugly or not. I am deathly afraid of being called ugly because I was very subhuman when I was 14 and it left a mark on me. It's hard for me to tell what is real or not and I don't know what to do. I think this site is making it worse

Take a break. detach yourself from reality? play some video games, watch movies/documentaries.

You need to looksmax harder. Find ways to fix all of your flaws, ideally without surgery because that could cause more damage.

It's not a big failo if the rest of your face is average/ above average
And you could try bonesmashing your browridge or pulling

I'm crazy enough that I'd try heavy DRMA rolling to tighten the skin in that area, as well as daily lower eye lid exercises to build up the muscles in that area. Danger of DRMA rolling is potential scaring if the needles are too deep. My eye lids are swollen from heavy DRMA rolling I did yesterday, I don't know if it will scar or not.

The surgery looks to be around 5K for both eyelids. Whenever you're old enough to get a job it's probably worth it, even if you have to take out a loan. I would rather look normal than have a car for example.

Elab on lower eyelid exercise

PM your face i will tell you the truth

Elab on lower eyelid exercise
I didn't watch this entire video, but if you type in eye lid exercises there's tons on youtube. The basic idea is often, that you use slight resistance, just barely push down gently with your pinky finger and try to move the eyelid muscle you want to strengthen. Eyelid muscle are weak so you don't need very much resistance.

It’s over for mentalcels

Start excersizing more. If you're up for it, smoke a joint or take moderate doses of psychadelics. I'm giga high inhib and these things help me cope. The thing that keeps me going is knowing in a lot of ways I'm working towards a better me. Or I'll be just as depressed after my bimax who knows :lul:.

Last time I used 1.5 mm because I wanted better results, but I'm pretty sure I scared some of the tissue under my eye. I'm applying scar jell now, so hopefully it heals alright and it's not that noticeable but I do not recommend you do 1.5mm for under eye.

I also heard in a youtube video by a dermatologist, that you should roll until the skin get's red or has pin point blood spots. When I tried that, it resulted in this scaring, and my skin never got pinpoint blood spots even when I rolled a bunch with deep needles and it didn't turn red until like 30 minutes later.

Using a chart like this is probably safest. Every one's skin is different thicknesses, and the longer needles are more likely to get deep enough to trigger the stem cells, but also more likely to scar so it's risk/reward trade off.
