What I look like after over 3.5 years of obsessing over lifting and it being my entire personality:

Yea I look like I’ve never been in the gym.

I’m starting 500 test e, 25mg anavar, 12.5mg aromasin.

If I don’t look like i actually lift by June it’s going to be wraps.

Either I’m going to have visible muscle mass and lean or I’m going er jfl

have u actually been consistent lol
Up untill last November I was in the gym ATLEAST once a day, since then I have been in a downward spiral

Just inconsistent diet and training, you'll definetly get some size on 500 test e

shit androgens. Does ur mum have no muscle too? Mym om cant even like lift herself to do a pullup, she isnt even fat too, normal weight for a woman. Just 0 muscle absolutely. imo give it up. Some are not built for it, twinkmax

Both my parents are fat as fuck and have no muscle

Yes I have a 17” bidelt but it looks better bc I have a good waist, my waist at a high body fat is the same as David laids at sub 10%bf. But in exchange my bi delt is bad and my hips are very wide due to high estrogen and low test growing up

I hope so, I want to get leaner too any advice?
Try to hit your protein goals most importantly like chicken fish or beef to keep you satiated, clean unprocessed foods, green tea for extra energy expenditure, and consume less carb dense sources because it's easy to overeat on them without filling you up (bananas, rice, some breads..)

short clavicles isn't a bad thing you should have higher muscle density its why midgets always look so buff without doing anything, you just don't look full especially at this bf but i can't tell is the photo like a pump or just a random ass photo you took? if its a random photo you just look normal no natty is looking good without glycogen i can dm you a pic of what im talking about i weight like less than 120 lbs while fully depleted but balloon up to 130 lbs and i look massive within like 4-6 hours

OP get ready for bloat city on 500mg test. I would start 250mg Test and increase depending on E2 sensitivity/rate of aromatization.

Also don’t expect to blow up on Test. If you don’t respond well to natty training don’t expect roids to do much

I’m trying to get in 6 eggs and a pound of 90/10 beef for breakfast every day while I’m blasting, once the test hits I will have motivation which will save me

So should I come off for like 2-3 weeks and just do 100 test before going to the dbol and tren or take a longer rest between

I mean from my eyes you just look normal I wouldn’t worry you usually are able to tell if someone has elite genetics before they even begin going to the gym tbh

Ig I should just throw away the clomid
until your bloods recover. Try and extend your first cycle as long as psosible. Realistically you can also just permablast 250 if you’d like.

Jfl the trade off with permablasting 250 is no fertility ever

Not gonna do a bunch of expensive blood tests tbh just testosterone
