Im 63kg and 170cm, i eat less than 1000 calories per day and i lost 9kg in 35 days, i want to weight 54kg and maybe less because i compare myself to male models like kortajarena and i want to have his hollow cheeks

Being lean is part of the hollow cheek look. You also need well-developed enough cheekbones to have that hollow look.

If that's you on your profile pic then you already got it. otherwise, I have no idea. Remember if you are younger you got buccal fat, aka baby fat. You will slowly lose it as you age. That's why older people have hollow eyes for example and babies have a more chubby faces look.
It's really hard to lose that fat.
