The better looking ppl are the higher status they are. But once you internalize how much it would actually take to maintain that status you can logic yourself out of desperately wanting to latch onto them

You can find them attractive but you can also just realize it's not worth it. And thus not put them on a pedestal or be too upset abt them not liking you
