i think i experienced bad ph levels last night

i was playing for honor late at night after not eating anything but some doritos and not having anywhere near the amount of water i needed and when i raised my arms to stretch it was horrible!! it was as if a shroud of whatever. like i was breathing in some type of thick, dense, air. it didn't smell but it was heavy. i faintly smell it when i stay in a spot for long enough. value your health
