Buying apartment now that are still cheap and reselling them in a couple years would provide us with a great return of investment. Ukraine maybe will even enter EU in the future so prices will go way up in that occasion.

You can easily price things at western prices (western men will easily pay them and ukrainian oligarch will go because it's a status symbol there to go on expensive places) but the salaries and rent you'll pay will be so low.
