It’s so hard to get all the pee out my bladder. I think it’s messed up because I used to hold it in for long periods throughout grade school.

Maybe poor posture. I feel like I've emptied my bladder, but never do completely. Sometimes, if I've had a lot to drink, I have to go again 10 mins later, and this might happen many times in a row.
