So i have kept my powder hcg vials in the freezer (-18c) for like 2 months now while i was saving money for test, but just now i googled that hcg should not be stored in the freezer and rather in roomtemp

Have i fucked up my hcg powder? Should i take it out and put it in room temp instead? Or keep it in the freezer and then take one vial out when im gonna use it?
