Barely slept last night, woke up completely fucked, and had to spend the whole day at the lab since I’ve just started my PhD.

Got home absolutely exhausted and had a massive breakdown. Ended up hitting my mom hard during an argument.

I’m not posting this to sound edgy. I genuinely have serious anger/aggression problems and today made me realize how bad it’s getting. I don’t even know what the fuck I’m doing anymore.

That’s sad you shouldn’t put hands on your mother regardless you’re a grown man pursue education and lower your inhibition it’ll relieve stress you need exposure to social situation so you stop projecting anger and dissatisfaction with your life on your mom

i relate to this a lot i feel you, i cant stand everybody in my life and i end up hurting people a lot in the same way. i wish i knew how to deal with the anger problems but i feel like im genuinely going to hurt someone on a major scale. hopefully it improves for both of us because i know u dont want the conseqences and i dont either. good luck on ur phd though

ive experienced my fair share of relationships and intercourses and all of them have been boring, i guess in some way learning and growing as a person is making up for the lack of excitement in sex and love but i think overall the pursuit of the arts and intellect as a whole is very valuable. the average person cant comprehend art which makes it a little disheartening to pursue as a subject and a passion but i dont think the goal of life is to make others happy, its to express yourself. i do understand where youre coming from but i feel like our worldviews are different. youve got a decent point tho ur def not schizo
