I bought a cart and it was really sketchy. First time I hit it I didn't feel a thing but the second time I tried it I almost threw up and the effects lasted ~15 hours. anyways now its been about a week since and I've been depressed (started SH again and randomly blocked a few people on every app for no real reason) I still can't focus and nothing feels real. Is this me being paranoid or should this be a genuine concern?

it was like 4 then I slept and woke up and felt it for a few hours the next morning
